Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our honey, our farm, orders, and delivery — answered honestly.

Yes! Our honey is 100% raw and unprocessed. It goes straight from the hive to the jar —  no filtering, no tampering. This means all the natural enzymes, antioxidants, and nutrients remain fully intact, just as nature intended.

Absolutely not. We never add sugar, preservatives, or any artificial ingredients. What you get is pure honey — nothing added, nothing removed. Real honey doesn't need anything extra.

Crystallization is actually a sign of pure, natural honey! It happens when the natural glucose in honey solidifies over time — and it's completely normal. Your honey is perfectly safe to eat. To bring it back to liquid form, simply place the jar in warm water (not boiling) for a few minutes and stir gently. Never microwave it as that destroys the nutrients.

That white layer is called "honey foam" or "air bubbles" — it forms naturally when raw honey is jarred and tiny air bubbles rise to the top. It is completely natural and harmless, and is actually more common in raw Multiflora honey due to its diverse nectar composition. It is not mold or spoilage — it is a sign of genuinely raw, unprocessed honey. You can simply stir it in or skim it off.

Honey has an almost indefinite shelf life when stored correctly! Pure, natural honey never truly expires — archaeologists have even found 3,000-year-old honey in Egyptian tombs that was still good! We recommend consuming within 2 years for the best taste and potency. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and always use a dry spoon.

Most market brands source honey from multiple suppliers, blend different batches, and often heat-treat it for a uniform look. At Organic Nest, we are not traders — we are beekeepers. Every drop of honey comes from our own farms, harvested fresh during the specific flowering season of each plant. Mustard honey in mustard season. Multiflora during its bloom. You get honey that is seasonal, traceable, and truly pure — not a blended, processed product sitting in a warehouse.

Most of our honey varieties are available in three sizes:

  • 250g — ideal for trying a new variety
  • 500g — our most popular size, and primary price display
  • 1kg — best value for regular users

Bee Pollen is available in 250g and 500g. Bee Venom is available in smaller quantities (0.1g and 0.25g) due to its nature. Sizes vary by product and are clearly listed on each product page.

Since all our products come exclusively from our own farms, availability depends on the natural production cycle of that particular variety. We do not source from outside suppliers to maintain stock.

Bee Venom (Apitoxin) is a naturally occurring substance produced by honeybees. It has been used in apitherapy — a form of complementary therapy — for its naturally occurring active compounds.

Our pure, unbleached Bee Wax can be used for a wide range of purposes:

  • Skincare — lip balms, lotions, body butters, hair wax
  • Candle making — clean-burning, natural candles
  • Wood & leather polish and conditioning
  • Waterproofing fabrics and shoes
  • Artisan crafts and food wrapping (beeswax wraps)

Bee Pollen is best consumed raw to preserve its natural enzymes and nutrients. Common ways to include it in your diet:

  • Sprinkle on yoghurt, cereal, or smoothie bowls
  • Mix into smoothies or juices
  • Add to honey before eating
  • Consume directly — a small teaspoon per day is a typical starting amount

If you have pollen allergies, please consult a doctor before consuming bee pollen.
